Roman joined the Leston Holdings Team in 2010 as a maintenance and leasing agent.  

To gain more knowledge about maintenance work Roman attended a power engineering course at NAIT. Currently, he uses his experience to teach the maintenance staff and lead the maintenance department. Roman is responsible for the logistics of service calls and contractors’ projects. 

In his spare time, Roman enjoys swimming, yoga, and spending time with his family hiking in the mountains. He also volunteers for the Edmonton Moldovian and Ukrainian community, organizing summer camps, cultural events, and fundraising programs.
